The basic premise of this initiative is to legalize cultivation of up to 6 plants in your primary residence with up to three of them being mature. It allows for up to two ounces of cannabis to be possessed legally, and it allows up to one ounce of cannabis to be given to an adult 21 years of age or older. No goods or currency is allowed to be exchanged for cannabis or this would technically be considered a sale.
